  • 1 cup mixed cheeses (such as cheddar, gouda, and parmesan)
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley and thyme)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the steak with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Place the steak on a baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
