- 1.5 lbs steak
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as cherry tomatoes, carrots, and bell peppers)
- 1 cup mixed cheeses (such as cheddar, gouda, and parmesan)
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley and thyme)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the steak with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Place the steak on a baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
- While the steak is cooking, prepare the mixed vegetables. Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Place them on a separate baking sheet.
