- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk, at room temperature
- 6 large lemons, zested and juiced
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 10×15 inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the pan’s edge comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
