- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional mix-ins: nuts, chocolate chips, dried fruit
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, protein powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
