- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup dried fruit
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, protein powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the nut butter, honey, and egg. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
